Pemuridan ini terus berjalan dan menghasilkan pemimpin-pemimpin baru yang terus memuridkan orang lain agar memuridkan orang lain juga. Penulis rindu agar semua kalangan dapat meneladani pemuridan ini sehingga kerinduan Yesus untuk semua bangsa menjadi murid-Nya dapat terealisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penulis menerbitkan buku ini karena melihat bahwa sumber literasi tentang kaderisasi kepemimpinan khususnya dalam pemuridan sangat sedikit. Penulis juga melihat pemuridan tidak berjalan dengan baik dalam umat Tuhan salah satunya adalah karena ketiadaan pemimpin.
